Dots Gray is currently operating at a strong capacity, but we have room for additional tenants.
Community + Tenant Impact
Dots Gray has already demonstrated the capacity to turn early-stage food ideas into viable, revenue-generating businesses:
Two Kangaroos (Jin): Jin began developing her Australian meat pies as a proof-of-concept in her home kitchen. At Dots Gray, she was able to transition into a fully licensed business, expand her production, and begin building a customer base for her culturally unique product line.
Blue Tin Coffee (Junia): Starting with a small coffee cart, Blue Tin used their time at Dots Gray to scale into a full trailer operation—allowing participation in larger events, an expanded menu, and the creation of new revenue streams.
Saturday Dumpling Co. (former tenant): What began as Saturday pickups inside our kitchen evolved into extraordinary growth—expanding to three full restaurant locations within a single year, demonstrating the catalytic potential of accessible commercial kitchen space.
