Dots Gray is a shared commercial kitchen located in Minneapolis, designed to support small food businesses, startup concepts, and independent makers as they grow. We provide licensed commercial kitchen space, equipment access, food-production stations, storage, and an ecosystem of operational support that allows entrepreneurs to launch, scale, and streamline their food ventures without the high upfront cost of building their own facility.

Our tenants include caterers, food-truck operators, packaged-goods producers, bakers, and emerging ghost-kitchen brands. In addition to kitchen access, we offer value-added services such as pickup-zone management, optional front-of-house customer access, cold and dry storage, and consulting on compliance, delivery-platform setup, and operational efficiency.

Our primary goals are to strengthen Minneapolis’ food-entrepreneur community, increase economic opportunities for under-resourced and emerging culinary businesses, and ensure long-term sustainability for both our tenants and our own facility. We aim to expand our tenant support offerings, enhance customer-access points and signage, and continue creating pathways for local food entrepreneurs to build resilient, profitable businesses.
